Esther is the Head of Major Events at UK Sport and is responsible for the UK’s major events strategy, leading the delivery of the governments investment in the bidding and staging for Major Events in the UK. Since the hosting of London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games the UK has been fortunate to host some of the world’s largest events and is recognised as a leading host of major sporting events.

Esther is a director of IAEH and former employee and board member of England Netball.

A huge advocate for the role of sport in society and for major events unique ability to drive policy change, create incredible memories across a wide range of communities.
