Sébastien Griesmar

Sébastien Griesmar is Director of the Lausanne Olympic Capital Foundation, where he works closely with international federations, sports organizations, public authorities, and event stakeholders to strengthen the world’s leading sports ecosystem in Lausanne and the Canton of Vaud.

Before joining the Foundation, he spent over 20 years in senior management roles in strategy, commercial leadership, and business transformation. Having lived and worked in Paris, Madrid, and Amsterdam, he led projects and teams across European markets, bringing an international perspective to stakeholder engagement and organizational development.

He is 47 years old and is passionate about fostering collaboration between the international sports movement, governments, and host territories.
