Kelly Fairweather

Kelly Fairweather is Managing Director of SportAccord and has more than 40 years’ experience across international sport, spanning coaching, sports administration, governance and executive leadership.

He has held senior roles across the Olympic Movement and international federations, including Sports Director at the International Olympic Committee, Director of WADA’s European Regional Office and International Federations Relations, and Chief Executive Officer of the International Hockey Federation.

Fairweather later joined the International Tennis Federation as Chief Operating Officer in 2017 and became CEO in 2022, leading the organisation through a period of significant global growth and development. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with international federations, national associations and other stakeholders across the global sports movement.
