Shana Ferguson

Shana Ferguson is the Chief of Sport and Games Delivery for LA28, with oversight of the Sport Program, Event Management, Venue Infrastructure, Security, Broadcast & Press Services, Villages, Games Family Services and National Committee Services. She joined the OCOG in April of 2025.

Ferguson’s sports business career spans two decades, including her recent tenure at USA Swimming where she served as CEO, COO and CCO. Ferguson also held positions of leadership over Global Events, Marketing and Philanthropy for over a decade at Under Armour.

Ferguson earned her MBA in Sports Management from San Diego State University and her B.S. in Economics from the United States Naval Academy. Upon graduation from USNA, Ferguson was commissioned in the United States Marine Corps where she served as an Air Defense Control Officer.
