SportAccord is a global sports event organisation based in the Olympic Capital of Lausanne, Switzerland, governed by stakeholders representing over 120 International Federations governing Olympic and non-Olympic sports.<\/p>\n

SportAccord Convention<\/strong><\/p>\n

SportAccord\u2019s flagship event – the annual SportAccord Convention – is the world’s most influential gathering in global sport.<\/p>\n

The Convention – known simply as ‘SportAccord’ – brings together leaders of global sport from International Federations, the International Olympic Committee (IOC), host cities, rights holders and the international sport industry to connect and shape the future of sport.<\/p>\n

This event is a premier platform for the business meetings, networking, knowledge exchange and strategic partnership development within the global sports industry.<\/p>\n

IF Forum<\/strong><\/p>\n

SportAccord hosts the annual International Federation (IF) Forum, a 3-day in-person event offering targeted thematic sessions specifically designed for IFs.<\/p>\n

Within SportAccord events’ portfolio there are Multi-Sports Games – including the Combat, Mind, and Urban Games showcasing a wide range of sports and disciplines.<\/p>\n

AIMS membership application process<\/strong><\/p>\n

SportAccord in cooperation with the Alliance of Independent Recognised Members of Sport (AIMS), an IOC-recognised umbrella organisation, manages the membership application process, open to any International Federations governing a sport at the world level and seeking to join the Olympic Movement.<\/p>\n

To further enhance unity and visibility within the sports community, SportAccord offers the opportunity for you to join the .Sport domain, ensuring that your website is easily recognisable, signifies membership within the sports community, and benefits from robust protection.<\/p>\n

Sustainability.sport<\/strong><\/p>\n

In collaboration with the International Olympic Committee, SportAccord developed the Sustainability.sport website, which serves as a hub for sustainability reports and initiatives, supporting global efforts towards a more sustainable future in sports.<\/p>\n
